SangEun Kim, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Quantitative Research at Penta Group, leading comprehensive surveys of federal and state policymakers. Previously held the position of Research Manager at The Aspen Institute, overseeing numerous research projects and successfully writing research grant proposals. SangEun’s academic background includes a PhD in Political Science from Vanderbilt University, along with both an MA and BA in Political Science from Seoul National University. Earlier experience includes roles as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Vanderbilt University, Field Research Assistant/Project Manager at Africa Future Foundation, and Research Assistant at the Center for International Studies, with significant contributions to maternal and child health projects and various research initiatives.
