Elmigdad Omer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and interface management within the engineering and construction sector, particularly in the UAE. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Penspen since May 2022, Elmigdad has led significant projects including the BAB Facilities Upgrade Project and the BAB485 Sustainable Facilities Project. Prior roles include Interface & Engineering Manager positions at Mott MacDonald Middle East and Wood, overseeing the EPC for the BAB Integrated Facilities Project, as well as Project Interface Manager at Mott MacDonald for the ADNOC Onshore Al-Dabb'iya Facilities Development. Elmigdad's career spans nearly two decades, starting as an Electrical Engineer/Site Supervisor with Industrial Interprises and holding various other engineering and managerial roles across notable companies. Elmigdad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Sharjah.
