Andrew B. has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Andrew started their career as a Database Administrator at Amoco in 1997 and later worked as a Project Engineer at British Pipeline Agency Limited from 2002 to 2006. Andrew then joined Penspen as a Project Engineer in 2006 and progressed to roles such as Procurement Liaison Engineer, Head Of Instrumentation, and Engineering Manager. In 2014, they became the Strategy and Performance Manager, responsible for developing a 5-year strategy for the company. Andrew B. was also the Country Manager and Director of Strategy before taking on their current role as Director, Strategy & IT, where they oversee strategic processes and IT projects for Penspen.

Andrew B. completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Global Energy from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechatronics from King's College London, from 1998 to 2002.
