David Michael Vitkauskas, CCP, CSCP, currently serves as Director of Incentive Pay - Systems at Penske Truck Leasing since December 2021. Prior to this role, David spent over 16 years at Regence, where responsibilities included managing sales incentive plan design, leading Sales Analyst development, implementing Sales Performance Management tools, and overseeing a multi-million annual budget. David's extensive experience also includes managerial positions at MyHealthBank, LLC, and roles in finance and compensation analysis at organizations such as Blue Paws Pet Insurance and PacifiCare. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource from Portland State University and participated in the Regence Leadership Journey program.
