Johnny Luong is an experienced IT Operations Specialist currently working at PensionDanmark since November 2019, with a track record of proficiency in operative systems, middleware systems, and software as a service (SaaS). Prior to this role, Johnny worked at Getinge and GlobalConnect A/S, where responsibilities included managing a wide range of IT support tasks from first and second level support to incident and request management. Notably, at GlobalConnect A/S, Johnny was entrusted with backup systems management for over 200 customers, utilizing tools like TSM/IBM Spectrum, Veeam, and Avamar.
