Chris Dawkins, DES, is an experienced manager in member services with a strong background in operations and guest experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Member Services for the Association & Events Management International, the CBIA Canadian Bond Investors' Association, and the Pension Investment Association of Canada since April 2019, Chris has demonstrated proficiency in understanding market trends and member needs. Previous roles include National Operations Manager at Crepe Delicious, where responsibilities included market research and product insight analysis, as well as Store General Manager positions at Redberry Canada Holdings Ltd. and Cara Operations, overseeing fast food operations and enhancing guest experiences. Chris’s career began in the Canadian Armed Forces as a recruiter and instructor. Educational qualifications include an Honors Diploma in Community Outreach and Development from Sheridan College and ongoing studies as a Certified Association Executive Candidate through CSAE.
