Stacey Duncan

Process Improvement Project Manager at Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation

Stacey Duncan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and military operations. Currently serving as a Process Improvement Project Manager at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation since November 2015, Stacey also holds a position as a Staff Officer in the US Army Reserve and previously served as Executive Officer to the Deputy Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army. As a co-founder of the Windy25 Memorial Fund, Stacey has played a significant role in honoring the sacrifice of the US Army aircrew of Windy25 through fundraising initiatives. Past roles include Business Analyst at Leidos and various officer positions within the Army, including logistics and support operations. Stacey holds an MBA from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management and a BS in American Legal Systems from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
