Sherley Lamarre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and training management. Currently serving as Senior Training and Development Manager at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation since November 2015, Sherley develops and manages specialized training programs for over 290 staff, focusing on pension law, auditing techniques, and leadership skills. Prior to this role, Sherley held various positions at Target from November 2008 to November 2015, including Store Team Leader and Executive Team Leader of Human Resources, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations, recruitment, and training across multiple stores. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resource Service Manager at Ledgent, where recruitment and candidate development were key duties. Sherley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance from Brooklyn College, obtained in 2005.
