Farina Situmorang is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in technology and marketing. As Chairwoman and Co-Founder of Pensieve since 2021, Farina has focused on developing AI-driven operations analytics software for government and enterprise clients in emerging markets. Farina also serves as an Independent Commissioner at CIMB Niaga, one of Indonesia's largest private banks, and as an Investor with FJ Ventures. Previously, Farina held key positions, including Managing Partner at Catalyst Strategy, where significant digital campaign strategies were developed for political leadership, and Chief Marketing Officer at HARA. Farina's prior roles include Market Development Lead at WhatsApp, Delivery Unit Lead for Agriculture Policy with President Joko Widodo's Transition Team, and managerial positions at BlackBerry and Microsoft. Farina holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University, an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and a BA in Communications Studies from the University of Indonesia.
