Rodger Milliken currently serves as the FVP IT PMO Technology at PENNYMAC, a position held since 2019. Prior to this role, Rodger was the Technical Director Of Engineering PMO at DIRECTV from 2014 to 2018, overseeing the development of customer-facing entertainment products in a competitive industry. Rodger's earlier experience includes serving as VP Global Operations at JBA International, LLC from 2008 to 2014, where responsibilities included strategic leadership and transformation of client-based solutions and offshore operations. Rodger's career also includes a position as Director of Data Management at Farmers Insurance from 2005 to 2008. Rodger holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from McGill University.
