Raymond Jordan has extensive work experience in the nonprofit sector. Raymond started their career as the CEO of Self Help Africa in 2007 and held this position until July 2014. After that, they joined Gorta Group as the CEO and worked there from July 2014 to November 2022. Currently, they are the Chief of International Network at Penny Appeal, a position they started in October 2022.

Raymond Jordan received a Master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, which they completed from 1999 to 2002. Raymond also pursued studies in Construction Management at Waterford Institute of Technology. Further details about the latter degree are not provided.
