Nathan M. is a labor relations expert specializing in education, currently serving as a UniServ Representative for the Pennsylvania State Education Association since March 2023. In this role, Nathan aids union members in negotiating and enforcing collective bargaining agreements while advocating for both teaching and non-teaching education professionals. Previously, Nathan worked as a teacher in the General McLane School District from October 2011 to March 2023, developing curriculum for AP Environmental Science, Chemistry, and Biology, and delivering professional development seminars in instructional technology. Earlier experience includes serving as a Crew Foreman at Naturescape from June 2000 to 2012, supervising skilled laborers in hardscape construction and plantings. Nathan holds an M.S. in Secondary Education from Mercyhurst University and a B.S. in Environmental Biology, also from Mercyhurst University.
