Dylan F. is a seasoned education professional with a robust background in various roles within academic and corporate settings. Currently serving as a UniServ Representative at the Pennsylvania State Education Association since June 2021, Dylan has held several positions within the organization, including Temporary UniServ Representative and Associate UniServ Representative. Prior to this, Dylan worked as an Academic Programs Manager and Data & Assessment Manager at Independence Mission Schools from February 2020 to September 2022. Dylan's experience also includes roles at MedRisk as a Corporate Trainer, Quality Assurance Professional, and Customer Advocate from April 2018 to February 2020, and as an Associate at The Junior League of Philadelphia, Inc. from June 2017 to September 2018. Additionally, from July 2016 to July 2017, Dylan was a History Teacher at Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School. Dylan holds a Master of Science in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from William & Mary.
