Brad Hughart has over 25 years of experience in information technology and business management. Currently serving as the 1st Vice President and CIO at PREIT since April 2004, Brad oversees the company's IT strategies and infrastructure while ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Prior roles include Director of Business Intelligence, where Brad developed critical operational systems and business intelligence solutions, and Senior Manager at BearingPoint, focused on finance transformations and analytics. Earlier experience includes serving as Service Delivery Manager at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and participating in an Executive Development Program at Verizon, which encompassed various functions within network engineering and finance. Brad holds an MBA in Finance and Operations from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Optics from the University of Rochester.
