Caroline Steer is an experienced educator and administrator currently serving as Acting Superintendent at Pennsauken Public Schools since July 2024. With a long-standing career in education, Caroline has held various positions within the Pennsauken Board of Education, including Director of Elementary Education and Assistant Principal at the High School. Prior to this, Caroline worked as a Middle School History Teacher at Woodlynne Boro Public School for a decade. Caroline's professional journey began as a Corporate Trainer at Commerce Bank. Educationally, Caroline holds a Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership from Thomas Edison State University, a Master of Arts in Teaching from The College of New Jersey, and a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from the same institution.
