Jonah Ricanati is an Associate Developer at Pennrose since May 2022, specializing in financial modeling for feasibility assessments and managing project budgets for construction and permanent financing closings. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Development Project Manager at The NRP Group LLC, where responsibilities encompassed due diligence support and preparing applications for Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and a rotational associate role covering multifamily housing development. Jonah began the career at The NRP Group LLC as a Development Intern, performing analyses on tax credit awards, and previously interned in real estate investments at Futureal Group, aiding in asset management. Jonah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Business from the University of Rochester.
