Tia N. Whitaker, CCHW, is an experienced professional in health outreach and enrollment, currently serving as the Statewide Director for Outreach and Enrollment at the PA Association of Community Health Centers since September 2014. Whitaker plays a key role in supporting statewide navigators and enrollment assisters, managing knowledge of various health coverage programs, and facilitating enrollment processes. In addition, Whitaker serves as a board member for Pennie, contributing to Pennsylvania's health insurance exchange, and has been involved with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services as an advisory panel member focused on education and outreach programs. Previous roles include management positions in member outreach and office retention at AmeriHealth Caritas. Whitaker holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Central Penn College, alongside a certificate in Human Resources and an advanced diploma in Theology.
