Dawn Lucocq has extensive experience in candidate management and recruitment services, currently serving as a Senior Client Partner - Delivery at Penna since October 2014, with responsibility for ensuring a seamless candidate journey and enhancing client processes. Prior to this role, Dawn held various positions including Client Partner - Delivery, Team Leader, and Campaign Coordinator at Penna. Between February 2010 and October 2014, Dawn was employed at TMP Worldwide UK, initially as a Resource Coordinator, followed by promotion to Team Manager, overseeing a team of Resource Coordinators and managing recruitment campaigns for high-profile clients such as Barclays. Dawn holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of the West of England, obtained in 2009.
