Troy Ott currently serves as the Dean of the College of Agricultural Sciences and as a Professor of Reproductive Physiology at Penn State University, where responsibilities include conducting research on fertility regulation and teaching various subjects related to reproductive and animal biology. Additionally, Troy has held leadership roles at the Huck Institutes of the Life Sciences, including Acting Director and Associate Director, overseeing strategic initiatives and graduate education for approximately 250 students across six programs. Troy's prior experience includes roles as a faculty member at the University of Idaho and a research scientist at Texas A&M University, as well as multiple leadership positions within the Society for the Study of Reproduction. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Reproductive Biology from the University of Florida, a Master of Science in Reproductive Physiology from Auburn University, and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Penn State University.
