Renee Ford currently serves as a Senior Instructional Designer and Learning Designer at Penn State University, specializing in the design and development of online and hybrid courses for the Smeal College of Business. With a portfolio that includes large-enrollment courses in areas such as Supply-Chain Management, Business Analytics, and Accounting, Renee plays a key role in enhancing online education. Prior experience includes consulting as an Instructional Designer and teaching courses related to instructional design and professional development for career and technical educators. Additionally, Renee is an Ordained Elder with the Susquehanna Conference of The United Methodist Church, serving in State College, PA. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from Penn State University and a M.Div. from the Methodist Theological School in Ohio.
