Larry D. Terry II, PhD, currently serves as the Vice President for Outreach at Penn State University since January 2023. Prior to this role, Larry D. Terry II held the position of Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator at the University of North Texas between January 2014 and June 2018. Larry D. Terry II earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Dallas, completing the degree in 2007.
