Jessica Peters has extensive experience in fundraising and community engagement within the realm of public broadcasting and higher education. Currently serving as Director of Individual Giving and Membership Director at WPSU Penn State since August 2016, Jessica focuses on aligning donor philanthropic interests with opportunities for support through major gifts and planned giving. Previously, as Assistant Director at the Penn State Office of Annual Giving from October 2013 to July 2016, Jessica managed social media communications, led the university-wide #GivingTuesday initiative, and oversaw marketing strategies for Annual Giving. Jessica's foundational experience in media production and educational outreach at Penn State Public Broadcasting spans from 2006 to 2013, including roles as Producer and Community Outreach, where responsibilities included producing content, leading community projects, and coordinating educational initiatives. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University.
