Sheri Rhoades has been a key leader at Penn Mutual since August 2007, currently serving as Chief of Staff for Life Insurance and Annuities and previously as Vice President of Business Transformation. In the present role, Sheri is tasked with creating a new department to align change agents with strategic priorities, focusing on enhancing visibility and clarity within the organization. Prior experience includes overseeing strategic initiatives as Assistant Vice President of Operations, where responsibility involved improving producer and customer experiences through business technology initiatives, and leading the product implementation team as Vice President, Product Implementation, managing the full lifecycle of Life and Annuity products from concept through implementation.
