Scott Noey is an established finance professional with extensive experience in the gaming and entertainment industries. Since October 2013, Scott has held various leadership roles at PENN Entertainment, Inc., including Vice President of Operational Analysis and Assistant General Manager, contributing to operational effectiveness and financial strategy. Prior to this, Scott served in multiple finance positions at Caesars Entertainment Corporation from August 2004 to October 2013, culminating in the role of Vice President of Finance. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Radford University, earned between 1998 and 2001.
