Enrique Díez Fernández, CFA, currently serves as a Sales Trader at Peninsula, the world's largest independent bunker supplier, since February 2020, where relationship management with key container and commodity majors is a primary focus. Prior to this role, Enrique worked as a Contract Management Trader, connecting bunker traders with the hedging desk to deliver tailored client solutions, and quoted marine fuel contracts across Europe, America, the Middle East, and Africa. From June 2018 to February 2020, Enrique was an Analyst in Global Markets at EBN Banco, conducting fixed income and equity analysis and trading. An internship at BBVA in Corporate & Investment Banking focused on preparing strategic client pitches and potential M&A targets in the insurance sector.
