Mica Smith has a diverse professional background with experience in various roles spanning administration, education, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a TPA Coordinator at Peninsula Insurance Bureau since September 2019 and a Homeschool Teacher at Smith Primary School since March 2019, Mica brings a wealth of knowledge from previous positions, including Preschool Aid at The Master's Academy and Co-Owner of The Lemon Lily Tea Room and Bakery. Prior administrative roles include serving as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Central Florida, a Program Associate at Florida State University, and a Regulatory Specialist at the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Mica began the career journey as a Teller at LaPorte Savings Bank and an Assistant, Retention Team Lead at Metrocall Wireless. Mica graduated from Malone High School.
