René Gray is the Global Talent Acquisition Manager for Penhaligon's and L'Artisan Parfumeur at Puig, a position held since February 2016. Prior to this role, René accumulated extensive experience in recruitment within the luxury retail sector through various positions at Freedom Recruitment from 2010 to 2016, ranging from Senior Recruitment Consultant to Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Additional experience includes roles as General Store Manager at Bulgari, Retail Operations at T.M.Lewin, Senior Floor Manager at Harrods, and publicist and freelance writer at Silk PR and The Voice Newspaper. René Gray holds a degree from the University of Westminster.
