Manuela Stadelmann has extensive experience in marketing and brand management. Manuela began their career at Procter & Gamble as an Assistant Brand Manager for Sebastian Professional & System Professional. Manuela then moved on to become a Senior Assistant Brand Manager for Global Alexander McQueen Fragrances, where they successfully established a 5-year brand strategy and achieved remarkable sales results. Manuela later became a Brand Manager for Global Stella McCartney Fragrances, where they developed the global marketing strategy for Stella McCartney's new fragrance POP. Currently, Manuela is the Head of Marketing & Customer Experience at Penhaligon's, where they are responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, executing marketing campaigns, and leading global brand expansion. Prior to their current role, they worked at Harrods as an International Marketing & Communications Manager, where they spearheaded the development and implementation of the marketing and PR strategy for international markets.
Manuela Stadelmann has an extensive education history in the field of fashion and business. Manuela obtained an Executive MBA in Global Fashion Management from the Institut Français de la Mode in 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Arts HSG in Marketing & Communication Management at the University of St.Gallen from 2009 to 2011. Manuela also studied abroad at the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management in 2010, focusing on Strategic & International Management. Manuela holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Bern, which they earned from 2005 to 2008, with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology. In 2007, Manuela participated in a study abroad program at the Singapore Management University, focusing on Business Management.
In addition to their academic achievements, Manuela has obtained several certifications related to the fashion industry. Manuela completed a 6-week online course on Fashion and Sustainability from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, in 2020. Manuela also completed a 1-week intensive course on Art Direction for Fashion at Central Saint Martins, University of The Arts London in 2017, as well as courses on Visual Merchandising for Fashion and Fashion Journalism from the same institution in the same year.
