Rebecca Link has extensive experience in the maritime industry, having held positions at Penfield Marine, GulfMark Offshore, U.S. Coast Guard, and Maersk Drilling. In their current role as Vessel Manager at Penfield Marine, Rebecca is responsible for managing oil tankers daily, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with various stakeholders, and handling customer relations. Rebecca's background also includes experience as a Third Officer/DPO, Coast Guard Marine Inspector/Port State Control Officer, and DPO Trainee. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Logistics and Intermodal Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
