Brock Schmaltz has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Brock started their career as an Account Manager at Edward Howard in 2005 and worked there until 2007. Brock then worked as a Freelancer for various projects from 2006 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Hinson LTD as the Director of Media Relations, a position they held until 2016. From 2016 to 2016, Brock worked as the Manager of Public Relations at Alliance Data card services - Know More Sell More. In 2017, they founded their own company, High Stakes Public Relations, where they were the Owner. Additionally, from 2017 to 2017, they worked as a Strategic Adviser at Refill LLC. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Pendulum PR & Creative Strategies, a position they have held since 2019.

Brock Schmaltz completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History/Political Science from Wittenberg University from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Worthington Kilbourne from 1992 to 1995.
