Kim Thorley is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in project management and process improvement, currently serving as an HR Process Improvement Specialist and Human Resources Project Manager at Pendragon PLC since June 2015. Key responsibilities include collaborating on the HR Transformation project, managing HRIS systems, and leading workstreams while applying agile principles. Previous roles at Pendragon PLC include leading HR projects, advising on employee relations, and managing payroll for approximately 1,400 employees.
