Jonathan Petrides is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. As the Cofounder and Non-Executive Director of Penda Health since March 2012, Jonathan has played a pivotal role in transforming healthcare in Kenya through innovative telemedicine and outpatient services. In addition, Jonathan co-founded and served as CEO of allplants, Europe's leading plant-powered startup, from January 2016 to December 2024. Jonathan's previous roles include Product and Growth Lead for M-Shwari at the Commercial Bank of Africa, and Founder and CEO of Jipange KuSave, Africa's first mobile banking service. Jonathan began their career as a Strategy Consultant at McKinsey & Company and has held various positions in finance and hospitality. Jonathan holds a degree from the University of Nottingham.
