Jill Jiao has a wealth of experience in operations and business analysis. From 2009 to 2017, they held various roles in different companies. In 2009, they were a Customer Service Representative Intern at Japs-Olson Company and a Research Assistant at Rochester Institute of Technology. In 2010, they were a Display Planner at One Source Printing & Graphics. From 2012 to 2017, they held various roles at Fidelity Investments, Peeq Media, LLC, and Novitex Enterprise Solutions. Most recently, they were the VP of Operations at PENCIL ONE eCommerce photography. In their roles, Jill has conducted cost-benefit analysis, integrated Salesforce and EFI Pace API, and upgraded ERP systems. Jill has also provided operational analyst and application configuration for the POD (Print on Demand) MIS system.

Jill Jiao received their Master's Degree in Print Media from the Rochester Institute of Technology's College of Imaging Arts and Sciences between 2007 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Printing Technology in 2007. In addition, they have obtained certifications from the American Management Association, including the Advanced Financial Forecasting and Modeling Workshop in June 2016 and the Course on Financial Analysis in May 2016. Jill also obtained an Introduction to Finance certification from Coursera in October 2012.
