The Product Development Team at PenChecks is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and bringing to market innovative solutions that streamline benefit distribution services and trust resolution issues. This includes developing automated and branded solutions for processes such as benefit payment processing and managing uncashed/stale dated checks. The team works collaboratively to ensure the products meet the needs of financial institutions, third party administrators, plan advisors, and plan sponsors. The team leverages the expertise of Product Designers to create user-friendly interfaces, a Product Manager to oversee project execution and strategic alignment, and a Technical Writer to document processes and create user manuals.
