Zainab Al-Saedy is a professional with extensive experience in customer service and team leadership. Currently serving as the Customer Service Supervisor at PenChecks, Inc. since October 2020, Zainab leads the Tier 1 Client Experience team in South Dakota and oversees training and supervision of employees in a newly opened branch. Prior to this role, Zainab worked as a Bank Teller at Wells Fargo from December 2018 to June 2020. Zainab holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of California, Riverside, earned in 2018.
