Céline Lilot

Sales Team Leader - Broker & Insurance sector at Penbox

Céline Lilot has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Céline started their career at EDPS - European Data Protection Supervisor as a Human Resources, Budget & Administration Trainee from October 2017 to March 2018. Céline then moved on to the European Commission, where they worked as an Assistant to the Deputy Director General at DG FISMA from June 2018 to November 2019. Following this, they joined Global C&D as a Strategic Planning Leader from November 2019 to March 2020. Céline then transitioned to Penbox, where they held various roles. Céline started as a Customer Success from April 2020 to July 2020, further becoming a Customer Success Manager from July 2020 to June 2021. After that, they worked as an Account Manager from June 2021 to January 2023 and then as a Sales Team Leader - Broker & Insurance sector from January 2023 to April 2023. Currently, they are working as a Corporate Sales Representative at Penbox from April 2023.

Céline Lilot's education history is as follows:

In 2013, Céline started pursuing their Bachelor's degree in Human and Social Sciences at the Université catholique de Louvain. Céline completed this degree in 2016.

Simultaneously, in 2016, they began working towards a Master's degree in European Labour Sciences at the same university. Céline completed this degree in 2017.

Also in 2016, Céline enrolled in a Master's degree program in Human Resources Management at the Université catholique de Louvain and finished it in 2018.

In 2019, Céline attended the IESA and participated in the Programa Avanzado de Gerencia, where they focused on Finance & Leadership. Céline completed this program in 2020.

In the same year, Céline briefly attended the Centre de Formation à Distance to pursue a Certificat d'aptitude professionnelle in SuccesCoaching.

Additionally, Céline obtained two certifications: the Anti-discrimination Law certification from EDIV in May 2018 and the Cambridge English Advanced Level certification from Cambridge Assessment English in June 2009.
