Markus Mohr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate transactions, subsidiary management, and strategic business development within the insurance sector. Currently serving as Manager of M&A and Subsidiary Performance at Steadfast Group Limited since September 2024, Markus oversees M&A activities and subsidiary performance for the largest general insurance network broker in Australasia. Previously, Markus held the role of Strategic Business Development Manager at Gallagher, contributing to growth initiatives through M&A and international expansion. Markus' experience at WTW encompasses various roles, including Lead Strategy Associate in the Risk & Broking Segment, where responsibilities included project management, strategy review, and financial analysis. Markus has also demonstrated leadership skills as President of the Imperial Immortals American Football Club while pursuing a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London. Further qualifications include participation in the Chartered Insurance Institute's New Generation Programme and completion of the Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII).
