Emily Lynch-Deegan possesses extensive experience in educational technology and instructional coaching. Currently serving as an Instructional & Technology Coach at Pembroke Hill School since May 2021, Emily has designed and facilitated professional learning for over 200 faculty members, co-chaired a Generative AI Committee, and collaborated on Apple device management for a large student body. Prior to this role, Emily contributed as a Technology & Innovation Coach, successfully integrating technology in Early Years to Fifth Grade classrooms. Previous experiences encompass roles at Newsela as a Content Contributor, North Kansas City Schools as a Demonstration Teacher and Building Technology Specialist, and internships that involved innovative teaching practices for young children. Emily holds a Master’s degree in Differentiated Instruction and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Instructional Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
