Cathy has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, having previously served as the East Region President for Fairview Health Services and as the Chief Operating Officer of HealthEast Care System. Barr has a proven track record of successfully leading and managing large healthcare organizations and has been instrumental in designing and implementing strategic plans that have resulted in significant savings and operational efficiencies.

Cathy Barr has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business and a BS from Niagara University. Cathy also has certification from The ExecRanks in The ExecRanks Certificate of Continuing Board Education.
