Gretchen Phillips currently serves as the Corporate Wellness Practice Leader at Peloton Interactive since October 2023 and is a member of the Select Women's Executive Leadership Network at Chief since November 2022. Prior to this, Gretchen was the Chief Revenue Officer at headversity from September 2022 to June 2023, where responsibilities included leading the Front Office and overseeing Direct & Partner Sales, Growth Marketing, and Customer Success. Gretchen led the North American Sales organization as Executive Vice President of Sales at ActiveOps from July 2018 to June 2022, focusing on Digital Workforce Intelligence & Management solutions for senior executives in major industries. Prior experience also includes serving as a fractional Chief Revenue Officer for multiple technology startups and various leadership roles at Prudential Financial, including VP of Sales and Go to Market Strategy, where Gretchen managed significant teams and developed strategic roadmaps. Gretchen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in Management from Bucknell University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
