Alia (Smith) McCants is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social impact, ESG, and education. Notable roles include Senior Director of ESG, Social Impact at Peloton Interactive and Founding Member at Level. Alia also held several key positions at Relay Graduate School of Education, including Managing Director of Student Services and Senior Director of Teacher Pathways, Recruitment.
