Thomas Hain is a seasoned Network Design Engineer with extensive experience at o2 Germany since July 1998, currently serving as a senior core network and voice services design engineer and technical lead for VoLTE. Responsibilities include the design of mobile voice services, mobile core network planning, technical contract negotiation, and budget planning. Prior to o2 Germany, Thomas held a position at T-Mobile as an IN Service Design Engineer, focusing on requirement specifications and IN service implementations. Thomas holds a Diplom Ingenieur degree in Telecommunications from the Technical University of Munich, earned between 1989 and 1996.
