Melissa Jeanquart, PHR, SHRM-CP has been an HR Manager at Pella Windows and Doors of Wisconsin since December 2015, after holding the same role at Baylake Bank from December 2001 to December 2015. In their role, Melissa oversees the human resources department, manages policies and programs, develops relationships with managers and employees, coaches on employee relations and performance, and leads recruitment and retention efforts. Melissa also has past experience as a Human Resources Generalist and HR Assistant, and holds a BBA in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
