Stella Lim, MSW has a diverse range of work experience starting from 2005 to present. Stella is currently employed as a Human Resources Generalist at Pella Mid-Atlantic, Inc. since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Strategist at Lighterfly, LLC also starting in January 2021. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Stella also has experience working at Amazon, where they held various roles such as HR Specialist - Global Talent Management from August 2016 to December 2018, HR Connections Senior Advisor from April 2016 to July 2016, and HR Connections Advisor from August 2014 to March 2016.

Before their time at Amazon, Stella worked at The Children's Home Society of WA as a Clinical Specialist - FCAP evaluator from April 2013 to August 2014. In this role, they conducted assessments and evaluations for the Department of Child and Family Services.

Prior to that, Stella served as a Social Worker at Legal Aid Society from May 2008 to April 2013, where they managed a caseload of clients involved in child abuse and neglect proceedings and provided crisis intervention and counseling. Stella also conducted interviews, assessed clients' needs, made referrals, and advocated for clients with various institutions.

Stella's earlier work experience includes a position as a Social Work/Counseling intern at Kings County District Attorneys Office from September 2007 to May 2008, and as a Children's Program staff at Women's Transitional Shelter from September 2005 to July 2006.

Stella Lim completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from UC San Diego, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Social Work from Columbia University, attending from 2006 to 2008.
