Juan Torres has extensive experience in manufacturing and production supervision, currently serving as a Production Supervisor at Pelican Wire since December 2019. Prior roles include MFG Supervisor at WTEC - Renewable Energy Innovation and Supervisor positions at RSCC Wire & Cable LLC. Juan has a strong background in implementation of lean workflows, scrap reduction, and enhancing on-time delivery. Previous experience includes coordinating production floors, training new employees, and collaborating with engineering teams to optimize processes. Juan also possesses technical expertise in operating and setting up various extrusion lines, tube mills, and braiders, as well as skills in chemical handling and inspection from work at Titeflex Corporation.
