Kobi Zer is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in development and operations management across various telecommunications companies. Starting as a Project Manager at �שד מש�בי ניהול והנדסה from 1996 to 2000, Kobi progressed through key roles, including ERP Department Manager at Motorola and Head of the Mobile Solution Group at MIRS Communications. Kobi held director positions at HOT Mobile and HOT, overseeing critical IT divisions and managing production operations, project deliveries, and development teams. Currently, Kobi serves as the Director of Development in the IT Division at Pelephone since May 2019, leading initiatives in diverse technologies such as Angular, Java, and PHP. Kobi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Derby and a sub-engineer degree in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
