Pilar de la Cal is an experienced facility manager and technical architect with a career spanning from 2004 to the present, currently serving as the Responsible for Property Maintenance at Pelayo Mutua de Seguros since August 2007. Pilar has held various roles in property management, construction, and maintenance, including project management, corporate image control, and energy optimization. Previous experience includes positions in TRAGSA and the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, focusing on technical support for construction projects and property conservation. Pilar holds a degree in Technical Architecture from the Universidad de Burgos and has furthered education through specialized courses in building rehabilitation, climate installations, and energy certification, among others.
