Katie Drechsel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Katie currently works as the Chief Marketing Officer at Pela, where they focus on promoting sustainable practices and initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at FORM as the VP of Marketing, leading their global Brand & Growth initiatives. Katie also worked at Saje Natural Wellness as the Vice President of Marketing, Ecommerce, and Customer Experience, where they played a crucial role in scaling the marketing team and implementing effective strategies. Before that, they served as the Director of Digital Marketing and eCommerce at Vega, where they led various digital initiatives and created a strong alignment across the organization. Katie also held positions at TELUS, the British Columbia Association of Integrated Marketers, Women's Executive Network, Bell, Boston Pizza International, and ParkLane Homes, gaining extensive experience in marketing, digital media, and brand management.
