Adam Strauss has extensive work experience in various roles. Adam started their career at Frontier Co-op in 1997 as the VP of Marketing and Business Development. In 2000, they joined EquipNet, Inc. as the EVP of Strategy and Business Development. After working there for four years, they moved on to become a Board Director at Frontier Co-op in 2003. In 2004, they joined Pekin Hardy Strauss Wealth Management as a portfolio manager and eventually became the co-CEO in 2014.

Adam Strauss has a Bachelor's Degree in East Asian Studies from Stanford University, which they obtained from 1987 to 1991. Adam further pursued their education by attending the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they obtained an MBA in Business from 1995 to 1997.
