Anne-Louise Stranne Petersen is a seasoned journalist and director with a focus on energy transition and markets. Currently serving as a Senior Reporter at PEI since October 2022, Anne-Louise previously contributed to ICIS as an Energy Markets Reporter, where engagement with various European power markets was key. Anne-Louise also held roles at MINDTORS LTD, directing a boutique business for after-school care, and at the Financial Times. Earlier career positions included Media Recognition Executive at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Project Manager at the Interdisciplinary Nanoscience Center, Public Relations Officer at Aalborg University, and Research Associate at Aarhus University. Anne-Louise holds a Master of Arts in Financial Journalism from City, University of London, and a Master of Science in Materials Science from Aarhus University, complemented by education at the University of Oxford.
